The same link is used for both team and player registration.

1) Once you clink the link you will be shown the login page. If this is your first time registering as a team or player you will need to create a new account.
To create a new account click the highlighted link shown below.
2) The system will then prompt you for an email and password. Once you submit the information it will ask you to enter a code that will be sent to your email so please make sure you can access the email you entered.
3) Once you have created an account and logged in you will be shown this screen for team registration.
If you are using an ‘Invite Link’ sent from your captain you can skip to step 5.
Click the ‘Register to a Team Registration’ button.
4) On the next page you will be asked for an invite code. Type this in and click ‘Find Team’
You must use the code provided by your team captain to join their team.
If you do not have a code ask your team captain.
If you do not have a team reach out to the player registrar who can assist in adding you to a waitlist.
5) You will then see two options for ‘player’ or ‘staff’. Pick one and continue the registration process, you will need to go through registration again to register as both a staff member and player.
6) You then need to pick a person to register to the team. If this is your first time click ‘add an account member’ option, and you will see a list of boxes you need to fill in.
If you have registered in a previous season you will see a persons name in the drop-down menu. Select this person and all the relevant information will be prepopulated with previous answers. You can edit this information if needed.
7) Scroll to the bottom of the page and the system will show a ‘Team Fee’ this is only part of the payment that will be due at the end of the process so please do not pay much attention to this. Click continue at the bottom of the page to go to the photo upload screen.
8) The system will then ask for 2 photos, a passport style photo and a picture of the front of your driving license.
For the passport style photo:
Your head must be centered and clearly visible
Photos must be full colour
No hats, scarves, sun glasses, face masks, etc.
No other people, kids, or pets in the photo
For driving license photos
Can be driving license (US or international is okay), passport photo page, student ID, military ID.
Must show a image of your face
Must have your date of birth clearly visible and readable on a screen
Click ‘upload photo’ and choose an appropriate photo.
The filename of the photo will appear where ‘upload photo’ was but you will not see a preview of your photo.
Click continue.

9) You will then be asked for an emergency contact. This person should be your spouse, parent or guardian, or next of kin.
If this is your first time registering you will need to select ‘Add New Family Member’ and you will see several boxes to fill out.
If you have previously registered you should see names in the drop down menu.
10) On the next window you will be shown all of the necessary waivers and user agreements required by the state and the league to participate. Read these carefully and sign in the box below by drawing either with your mouse on a computer, or your finger if on mobile or tablet. Click the ‘I am age of majority…’ box and click continue.
